Moms carry so much burden that’s unspoken, unseen.

We are the emotional caretakers of the whole family while also trying to uphold expectations around homelife, work, physical appearance, relationships, and on and on. We carry the pressure of making sure everyone gets what they need, that nothing is forgotten, without getting what we need.

We manage the impossible task of shielding our families from the harms of the world while also preparing them for it. All while trying to keep our own sanity.

Then something big happens: job loss, family illness, mental health challenges, divorce or relationship issues, death of a loved one, a traumatic event. Yet we still keep going. Doing it all.

We feel like we HAVE to do all these things or everything will fall apart. Something bad will happen. Our kids will suffer.

However, when moms feel lighter, everyone feels lighter. 

It’s time to put down the load. Doing it all by ourselves is not sustainable.

Yet I know this is easier said than done.

I help moms take back control of their lives and reconnect with joy and love while reducing stress and pressure.

Reconnect with their families and communities in a way that is fulfilling instead of managing.

I help moms intentionally prioritize their own well-being while living in this crazy world AND solve their challenges so they can start to enjoy their lives again. 

I blend all this with concrete parent coaching as needed. Because sometimes we need to parent differently to be able to let go of some of that responsibility. Or solve real challenges with our kids to get some peace.
